What the seed is sold as

We sell seed as collectible and preservation material. What you are paying for is a documented sample of a population: where it was collected, when, who was growing it and what is known about the place it came from.

That documentation is the part we care about and the part we are good at. If you want to know about a district, a season, a grower or why a population is worth keeping, ask us anything.

The law where you live

We can tell you which countries we are able to post to. That is all it is. It does not mean that receiving or keeping cannabis seed is legal where you are, and it is not advice about your own situation.

The rules differ between countries and between states within them, and they change. Check your own position before ordering. We cannot check it for you.

The United States

Section 781 is scheduled to take effect on 12 November 2026. We will check the legal position at the time and change the live delivery list if needed.

United States shipping remains available while the United States appears in the checkout country list. A previous order does not guarantee that a later one can be accepted.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for sending you what you ordered, for describing it accurately and for the provenance record we publish with it. If we get any of that wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

We are not responsible for what customs or a postal service does with a parcel, for the law where you live or for what anyone does with seed after it arrives. What we owe you on any order is limited to what you paid for it, and that does not affect your rights as a consumer under your own law.
