Who we are

Zomia Collective has been collecting landrace cannabis seed since 2020 and running this shop since 2021. We are two people working between France and Southeast Asia.

We are setting up a company in Spain to hold the shop, and a separate French association for the conservation and documentation work. The association does not sell anything.

The Spanish company is not registered yet. Its name, tax number and registry details will appear here once it is. If you want to know who you would be dealing with before you order, ask us and we will tell you where it stands.

What we sell

Landrace cannabis seed, sold as collectible and preservation material. Each accession comes with a record of where it was collected, when and what we know about the place and the people growing it. That record is as much of the product as the seed is.

Ordering and payment

You place an order on the site and we show you how to pay on the confirmation screen, with your order number. Keep that screen or write the details down. You can pay by bank transfer in euros, by dollar transfer on US orders while we still ship there, by PayPal, by Western Union or MoneyGram or by Bitcoin and Monero.

There is no card payment. Card processors do not accept cannabis seed from anyone, whatever company is asking, so it is not something we can offer.

We hold your seed for fourteen days while we wait for payment. If nothing arrives in that time the order is cancelled and the seed goes back into stock. You owe us nothing.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include any tax due. Nothing is added at checkout except shipping, which is shown before you confirm.

Shipping

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. The delivery list can change when law or postal service changes require it.

The checkout list is a delivery list. It is not a statement that buying, receiving, possessing, germinating or cultivating cannabis seed is lawful where you are. If a country is not offered, we cannot send there.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18, that buying, receiving and possessing the seed is lawful where you are, and that any germination or cultivation you intend is lawful where it happens or is covered by the permission required. You are responsible for checking that position before ordering. We cannot check it for you.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within fourteen days of your order arriving and send it back for a refund, as long as the packet is unopened. Tell us first, send it back at your own cost, and we will refund you within fourteen days of it reaching us.

We cannot take back a packet that has been opened. Once seed is out of a sealed packet we have no way to confirm what is in it or what condition it is in.

That is separate from something going wrong. If we send the wrong seed, or too little of it, or a packet arrives damaged, tell us and we will replace it or refund you.

What we are responsible for

If something goes wrong with an order, what we owe you is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses.

None of that affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live. Those apply whatever this page says.

Which law applies

Spanish law, once the company is registered there, and the courts where it is based.

If you are a consumer elsewhere in the European Union you keep the protections of your own country's law and you can bring a claim in your own courts. Nothing here takes that away.
